Mark Gray

Born in Eugene to a family of real estate investors, Mark grew up around buying, selling, and managing property. After earning a journalism degree from the University of Oregon, he worked in property management before moving into sales, investing, and co-founding Next Phase Realty.

Since 2006, Mark has worked with everything from country homes and high-end residential properties to multifamily investments and commercial spaces. He brings practical ownership experience to every client conversation.
